Dr. Stacey Gonzales is an educator, leader, and innovator. She holds two master's degrees: one in English and one in Executive Leadership. She holds a doctorate in Educational Technology. She is the owner of SG Creative Connections, a consultancy that works with educational leaders and entrepreneurs dedicated to disrupting the status-quo. After 20 years, Dr. Gonzales recently retired from public education where she began as an English teacher. Dr. Gonzales is most proud of her ability to lead successful teams and ensure thousands of students and teachers were supported on a daily basis  Dr. Gonzales has received awards and recognition for her ability to leverage technology to create meaningful social connections and emotional supports. She presents nationally and locally on innovation, leadership, and learning.

 

She shares her tiny home office with Tim Gonzales, a super smart (and extremely patient) high school physics teacher. They hope their two teenagers, TJ and Kayla, will fall in love with learning more than gaming and Tic Tok, respectively. They have an 8 year old chihuahua, Mister, who has anxiety.
